Mrs Murphy

Hi 3HM,

Well done for all your hard work in year 3 so far.  You have all worked so hard and we are both very proud of you all.  Thank you for always trying your best, making us both smile and having a fantastic attitude towards learning.

Just a few reminders for you all:

  • Please make sure you read every evening, as reading is so important. Record what you have read in your diary.  We will change your reading book on a Friday.  If you need to change it before then, we will do our best to do this.  You can use your reading eggs account to read books too.
  • You can bring into school a snack for breaktimes, just make sure this is healthy.
  • You can bring a bottle of water into school which will go home at the end of the day to be cleaned.
  • Our PE day is on Thursday.  Please could you come into school on this day wearing your outdoor PE kit, as we will be outside for our PE session.
  • Homework goes out on a Friday and needs to be returned by the following Thursday.
  • Spellings will be given out on a Friday and the spelling test will be on the following Friday.
  • Attached are our knowledge organisers and the half termly newsleter which give you some information about the interesting and exciting things we will be learning this half term.
  • Golden time is on a Friday afternoon.  Currently, we are asking that children do not bring any toys from home into school  We are still going to have fun though so please do not worry!

Keep up all the hard work for the rest of this half term Year 3!
