3AG Class Trip to Aerozone @ Manchester Aiport - 23rd March

On Thursday 23rd March, 3AG visited the Aerozone education centre at Manchester Airport, where we learnt about many of the careers that are involved in the day-to-day running of an international airport.

We had the opportunity to learn about and experience important roles such as air traffic controller, cabin crew, pilot, firefighter, duty-free shop assistant, airport security and check-in officer. 

We were lucky enough to have been visited by a pilot, who is based at Manchester Airport, who talked to us all about their job and the things they had to do to become a pilot. The children asked them lots of amazing and insightful questions about their career.

The class had an incredible time, impressing the Aerozone staff with their manners, enthusiasm and general great behaviour, as well as leaving with some career apsirations for the future.
