A Detective Inspector with Greater Manchester Polcie’s Economic Crime Unit, has asked us to share a couple of educational leaflets with all families, which have been made specifically for primary school aged children. 

These leaflets focus around fraud, which at present, 42% of crime in the UK amounts to fraud and cybercrime.

The story takes children through a series of risks which could be minimised through crime prevention steps such as being careful what to share online.

GMP have devised these stories for parents or teachers to share with children to help provide opportunities to discuss keeping safe, starting a preventative and aware mindset from the very first opportunity.
