Sports for Champions

On Thursday 9th July we have a military veteran coming in to school to talk about their career and how fitness was important in their job. They will be hosting a fitness circuit with the children which they can raise sponsorship money for. The four exercises will be:

▪ Wall sit hold
▪ Plank hold
▪ Burpees
▪ Mountain climbers

You should have received a sponsorship form from your child's class teacher. All money raised will be going to charity and into our school PE funds. There will also be prizes linked to how much money you raise, such as posters and wristbands.
