Get ready for school: Sleep
The attachments are advice and activities from both 'The Sleep Charity' and 'Twinkl Parents'. They cover a range of subjects and ideas, including sleep support for children, teenagers and adults. We know bedtime routines and sleeping can be a really challenging topic and one which families may struggle with. It won’t always go to plan, but having a regular routine can make your child feel safe and comfortable and can also develop a sleep association. This means that as they practise this routine more and more, they will start to feel sleepier and lead to everyone having a more restful night and refreshed for the following day.
