Tapestry - See what your child gets up to at school!

Tapestry

Tapestry is an online learning journal helping children, staff and families celebrate the children's learning and development. Together we build a special record of your child's experiences at school and home, by uploading photographs, videos and comments/diary entries, across the year. This then reflects the story of your child's development, which you can keep by downloading a copy at the end of the school year. It is also a platform used to communicate between home and school, with additional home learning activities, notes and reminders. Together we can capture your child's development so we value all those uploads made from activities and experiences you do with your child. If you have not received or lost your account information please speak to the class teacher. Don't forget to activate your account to receive the messages and photos and enable you to upload notes from home.

It would be really helpful if you can 'like' the photos and observations we post so we know parents and carers are accessing their Tapestry accounts. We would love you to add comments or post your own photos and observations at home to contribute to your child's learning journey. The children will love to look at their photos with you and it can be a useful resource to help them communicate with you about what they have enjoyed learning at school.

Below are some videos and information, which may help you manage your Tapestry Account. Please click on the link:

Our Mission Statement...

At Newall Green Primary School, we are a Peace Mala and Rights Respecting School. We provide an environment where the children feel happy, safe and ready to learn.
We use the five key skills for life; problem solving, teamwork, self-management (initiative, organisation, accountability), self-belief (confidence, resilience, positive attitude), and communication, so we are ‘Aiming High to Reach Our Goals’.
